A welcoming movement experience for moms and babies 6 weeks–18 months. Through music, babywearing, and accessible dance movement, you’ll reconnect with your body, have fun, bond with your baby, and connect with other moms. No dance or babywearing experience needed! Bring your carrier or borrow one of our limited carriers. A carrier fit check is offered before class to help you and your baby feel comfortable and ready to move.
